Emma enjoys playing with the bubbles at bath time,

so I thought she might enjoy blowing some bubbles outside.

We had a Louisiana winter day, in the 70's,

and decided to go outside for some fresh air.

She loved it!

We might have to get her a bubble machine for her birthday in April.

9 months old

Emma had her 9 month check up and surprised 

us by weighing in at 16 lbs 9 ozs.

We thought surely she'd be 18 lbs;

she sure feels like it carrying her in her car seat!

Even though she's not crawling yet,

just scooting backwards,

we decided to see what she thought about 

a Gerber Puff snack.

Good pincher grasp.

Hmmm....

Emma's Baby Dedication

Emma did so good at her baby dedication.

She enjoyed listening to the music and looking at all 

of the new surroundings.

Dr. Pourciau said he wished they were all that easy!

so Emma had to bundle up when we went out.

Reindeer games

For Emma's 8 month birthday I bought her a

reindeer to match the outfit that her Mammaw Shirley bought 

for her at Boutique Noel.

These might be my favorite of Emma's Christmas PJs;
